A Short 2-Day Trip from Prague to Český Krumlov!

Český Krumlov, located about two and a half hours by bus from Prague, is often referred to as one of the most beautiful towns in the world. The main attraction is Český Krumlov Castle! The town is just the right size, charming, and simply walking around makes you feel wonderful. I visited during winter, and the snow-covered town becomes exceptionally beautiful at night! It’s very cold, so make sure to dress warmly! Also, pulling a suitcase through the snow can be challenging, so I recommend leaving your luggage in Prague and taking a short 2-day trip. The town is filled with adorable shops, so take your time and enjoy strolling around! However, since the town is small, there are fewer restaurants. It’s a good idea to make dinner reservations to be safe! Warm stews and hearty dishes are the local specialties, often served with steamed bread-like dumplings. The comforting, homely flavors will warm you up!
