#timetotravel This is Tops Look Out and I think it is the first obervation deck in Cebu. We stopped over here when we went to Temple of Leah and boy the view here is really nice. No wonder, it is a recommended site for all who are visiting Cebu City. Entrance Fee: 100 pesos. How to get here: My hubby and I rented rented a motorbike so we came here just by using google maps but for sure there are shuttles busses that come here or you can hop onto a taxi for convenience.
