JW Marriott Cannes was awesome 😍

#luxuryhotels A wonderful vacation at the JW Marriott Cannes finished yesterday. This luxurious retreat is just across the road from Promenade de la Croisette and gives breathtaking panoramas to the Mediterranean Sea. 🌊 From chic lobby to beautifully furnished sea facing balcony rooms, nothing compares with this hotel’s taste and elegance. 😍 Rooftop pool offers incredible and amazing views of Cannes and serves as a place where one can relax and rejuvenate oneself. A good meal at La Scena Lounge would leave you craving for Palais des Festivals to add more glitter to the area. Regardless of whether you are looking for some movie-inspired vibes or simply want to enjoy the warm rays outside and bask in the sun, JW Marriott Cannes is a must to visit! 💎👌 #cannes #france #luxurytravel

#celebratewithtrip #france #frenchriviera #cannes #ferry #island Take a Ferry to St. Marguerite Island This is one of the famous landmarks in the area. We didn’t have the time to go to the island but did see it from afar from the castle hill. This is where it took the Man in the Iron Mask 11 years to leave the tiny, forested St Marguerite Island. The mysterious individual was believed to be of noble blood, but his identity has never been proven. His cell can be visited in the Fort of St Marguerite, now renamed the Musée de la Mer (Museum of the Sea). This museum also houses discoveries from shipwrecks off the island, including Roman (1st century BC) and Saracen (10th century AD) ceramics.
