Crab Meat Seafood Soup Noodles are a must-try.

In the heart of Sydney, Pho Pasteur's rare beef pho left a good impression, but for an even better Vietnamese experience, you need to head to Cabramatta, commonly known as 'Vietnam Street.' It's said that you can randomly pick any restaurant on this street and it will be great, but my friend specifically brought me to try this one: Spaceship Beef Pho. Given the name, I assumed rare beef pho was the must-try dish, but my regular customer friend said otherwise. There's an off-menu item that she highly recommends. The dish she was talking about is Banh Canh Cua, or Crab Meat Seafood Soup Noodles. One sip of the soup, and it's incredible. The rich crab roe flavor is decadently delicious, and the ingredients are plentiful, including crab meat, fish, and smoked ham. The Vietnamese noodles are actually made from cassava flour, thick and round, with a smooth texture. A bite of noodles, a sip of soup, and a mouthful of ingredients—we couldn't stop eating until we finished every last drop of the broth. We also ordered a side dish: a portion of pork rolls. The rolls were generously stuffed, and for those who can handle spicy food, the fish sauce with chili is a must-try. The pork rolls here have a better texture and flavor compared to those in Hong Kong, winning by a mile. After days of indulging in flavorful food, a cup of honey tea is a good way to refresh. As my friend said, it would be a pity to come here and only have a bowl of beef pho. I can only say that not many people online have mentioned the Banh Canh Cua here.
