Countryside, coastline and culture meet the traditions of this village in the province of Castellón

Spanish Mediterranean Coast Tour ~ Castellón (Region) Cabanes is 26 km from Castellón de la Plana. It has a warm and pleasant Mediterranean climate all year round and many attractions such as the El Prat Nature Reserve. This narrow stretch of coastal marshland is home to many species of plants and animals, some of which are endemic to the region. Next to the area is the Ribera de Cabanes, an unspoiled sandy beach that stretches for nearly 7 kilometers. Other interesting spots include Les Palmes-Les Sants and Torre de la Sal Beach, in the heart of the Costa del Azahar coast, with clear waters and white sand. Cabanes has an interesting cultural heritage. Of particular note are the 2nd century Roman arch and the ruins of Minavet Castle located on the top of the hill. The San Andres Fair takes place on November 20th. It’s called the Cabanes Agricultural Fair and it’s very well-known in the region. #February2025 #SpainTravel #Valencia
