We dined at a seaside restaurant in Penang and were treated to a hearty spread that hit all the right notes — from flavors to portions! What I recommend: · Signature Steamed Fish in Nyonya Sauce Fragrant, spicy, and incredibly fresh. The nyonya sauce was rich but not overpowering, perfectly paired with the tender fish! • Fried Mee Sua (Wheat Noodles) One of the highlights! Wok hei (that smoky stir-fried aroma) was on point, and the shrimp added a nice touch of umami. • Golden Fried Sotong Crispy, golden, and super addictive! The batter was light and crunchy, letting the natural sweetness of the squid shine through. A dip in chili sauce takes it to another level.
