I visited the famous Iskender Kebab restaurant in Turkey, which is said to be located here in Bursa. The main branch, which has been around since 1867, is currently run by the second son of the founder of Iskender Kebab. As expected from the main branch, the size of the restaurant is really large and the aura is no joke, and the street where the store is located is cute and pretty like a toy town. Iskender Kebab with pide (bread) underneath the generous amount of meat and yogurt on one side. At the main branch, you can even see the chef pouring boiling butter on the kebab at the table. As expected from the original, the meat was soft and delicious when eaten with bread soaked in butter and sauce, and it felt completely different from the kebabs I had in Korea, so I liked it because it felt unique. Ayran is a traditional Turkish drink that locals enjoy drinking when eating. It's thick yogurt, diluted with water and salt... but no matter how much I eat, I can't get used to it... It's sour and salty, so it seems like people will have different opinions!
