Travelling in style from Bucharest to Constanta for a few days by the seaside

#myfavoriteroute Almost 10 months to the day since flying to Bucharest to meet my online dating match for the first time while she was back home visiting family, we took another trip to soak in the summer sun. The beautiful coast of Constanta is just a couple of hours away from Bucharest by train, with incredible scenery crossing the Danube en route, pulled by such a beautiful vintage locomotive. A year ago I would never have imagined visiting Romania, now it looks like it’s going to be a second home. Take a chance. It might just be worth it.
