Project281 Cafe

#australiaroadtrip Project281 is located at Brunswick and It’s a Roastery Cafe. When I visited Poject281, they had a variety of coffee beans avaliable from houseblend to singleorigin! Also It was not expensive and was very economic. Project281’s inside was so wide and there were a variety of seating tables. Especially the outside seating with heater! Was so impressive for me because now Melbourne is so cold🧊 I ordered a Longblack(everyday longblack…). It seemed like It was extraction with the houseblend. In my opinion the Roasting point was at least above mediun:) It had a nice sweetness and less acidity. Honestly It was not for me. I think just it would be better if there was more bright acidity like yellow color fruit. Aside from that they were very friendly and kind! Thanks to them and I felt very comfortable!
