Brighton Beach: Melbourne’s Best Beach 🏝️

The beaches of Melbourne are by no means the prettiest beaches. But Brighton Beach is an exception! Getting there: take the train 🚆 from Flinders Street Station to Brighton Beach and it’s about a 10 minute walk from there. Food and Drink: The beach is in a pretty residential area and I didn’t see any restaurants or shops while I was there. It’s the perfect opportunity to bring a picnic! 🧺 Things to do: 1️⃣ Go swimming 🏊♀️ The water was pretty chilly for me but if the weather is warmer you should take a dip! 2️⃣ Go walking 🚶♀️ The beach is a great place to stretch your legs and there are some nice views of Melbourne along the way! 3️⃣ Brighton Beach Huts 📸 The main reason for coming here is the iconic beach huts! I spent about an hour stopping by each hut to take pictures and it was a lot of fun. Surprisingly, it wasn’t that crowded!
