I timed my visit with the Betong Food Festival, and it turned out to be a foodie’s dream come true. Here are a few must-try bites from my trip: 1. Coconut Ice Cream with Sticky Rice Creamy, cold, and tropical—with warm, chewy sticky rice underneath. A sweet Thai classic that’s both refreshing and satisfying. 2. Duck Noodles Aromatic broth, tender duck slices, and perfectly cooked noodles. Comforting and rich, with a punch of Thai herbs. 3. Grilled Chicken Sausage Juicy, smoky, and full of flavor.
