This time, we stayed at Hotel Indigo Berlin - Ku’damm, a hotel themed around the famous Kurfürstendamm (Ku’damm). Located at Hardenbergstraße 15, 10623 Berlin, in the Charlottenburg district, it is close to the renowned Ku’damm, the shopping and entertainment hub of West Berlin. The location is convenient, just a 2-minute walk to Zoologischer Garten station, where you can take the S-Bahn, U-Bahn, or regional trains. The station connects to multiple lines, making it super easy to explore Berlin. It’s 10 minutes to Potsdamer Platz and 15 minutes to the Brandenburg Gate. Within a 7-minute walk, you’ll find the KaDeWe department store, Zara, and other brand stores, as well as several shopping streets and the Memorial Church, perfect for shopping and sightseeing enthusiasts. The rooms are designed with inspiration from the fashion and history of Ku’damm, blending vintage and modern elements of West Berlin. They are equipped with air conditioning, a 42-inch smart TV, an electric kettle, and a minibar. The bathrooms feature rainforest showers and toiletries. The beds are comfortable, and some room types have balconies with city views. The hotel has a 24-hour gym (equipped with treadmills and yoga mats). There is no pool, but free bicycle rentals are available, perfect for exploring the surroundings. The service quality is excellent, with friendly staff who speak English and German. The 24-hour front desk provides travel advice and luggage storage. The cleanliness and attention to detail in service are commendable.
