[Park Hyatt Beijing] Park Hyatt Suite | Skyline Views of Beijing

During this stay at Park Hyatt Beijing, my favorite Room 6006 was occupied by a long-term guest, so I stayed in the 03 suite on the floor below. The service was still excellent, and the stay was very comfortable. The hotel, which opened in 2008, is still well-maintained, and the skyline views of Chang'an Avenue and the China World Trade Center are unmatched by other hotels in Beijing. The Park Hyatt may not have a very high upper limit, but its lower limit is not low, making it a very reliable choice. I was given access to the "China Grill" lounge on the 62nd floor for one day. The environment was very quiet, with only a few tables of guests. The afternoon tea and happy hour offerings were also remarkable. As I suggested before, it's a great perk if it's complimentary (available when booking a suite with cash, not including upgrades or suite vouchers), but it may not be worth the full price of CNY 450 per person unless you have an important business meeting with a client, as the privacy is very good.
