A five-star restaurant recommended by a friend—so good I want to live there!

I went to a restaurant called Dream Capital with a friend for their birthday a while ago. I didn't have high expectations, but I was blown away! As soon as I opened the door, the fresh and elegant decor captivated me. Huizhou-style elements blend perfectly with modern design, creating a space that is both classic and stylish, with a strong artistic atmosphere. Every corner is perfect for taking photos. The service is impeccable, worthy of a five-star rating! From the warm welcome at the door to the entire dining experience, the staff were incredibly attentive, proactively refilling water and promptly changing plates, making us feel very comfortable. I heard that during the restaurant's anniversary celebration in March, guests celebrating their birthdays that month can enjoy private room decorations and birthday noodles—a truly special touch. Each dish was outstanding. The steamed large white fish with scallions was large and fresh, with the scallions removing any fishy taste and locking in the freshness. The fish was incredibly tender. The premium Maoxuewang (a spicy Sichuan dish) was rich in ingredients, with crispy tripe, tender duck blood, and a spicy, savory, and fragrant flavor that was perfect with rice. The unique combination of roasted peppers and preserved eggs, with runny egg yolks and fresh, spicy peppers, was love at first bite. The dried bamboo shoots with braised pork were even more flavorful than the meat itself. The scallions, broad beans, and lily bulbs were refreshing and delicious, like a taste of spring. I highly recommend this restaurant!
