We had a family gathering recently, and since there were a lot of us, I asked a lot of foodie friends where we could have a unique gathering with a spacious private room. The Inner Mongolian food is super rich, and the Mongolian Yurt is so authentic. The largest private room can accommodate 50 people! It is suitable for family gatherings, business banquets, company team building dinners, and friend gatherings. Khan's roasted lamb ribs: The portion size was really big, and the aroma of the lamb ribs was very tempting. It was a great feeling to eat meat and drink wine. The lamb ribs were very tender, and the dipping sauce was delicious. Bameng stewed sauerkraut: This was my first time eating this dish, and the sour taste was really good. The pork belly was stewed very well, and the potatoes were flavorful. It was delicious. Mongolian milk tea: Drinking a cup of freshly made milk tea in winter was very warm. It was full of milk flavor, with beef jerky, milk skin, cheese, and fried rice. It was rich and salty, and the taste was good. Imperial mutton: The mutton was not gamey, and it was tender. I ate it quietly and focused on eating. Mongolian beef pie: The beef filling was very full, and the meat flavor filled my mouth. The pie crust was chewy, and the taste lingered.
