Service is great, covering the whole process. There are more staff than guests, and everyone is full of energy. They hide the classiness and think a few steps ahead of everything, conveying energy and sincerity to the guests... There are not many restaurants at the same price level that can do this, and I have to say that LAMDRE's service is a benchmark. The food is not surprising, especially the bean flour-themed dessert at the end, which feels a bit dry, with a strong bean flavor but not fragrant. However, every bite of the whole set is delicious, not the kind of confusing wholesale spicy vegetarian dishes. The sauce is well-prepared, flexible, and varied. I like the wine lees with water bamboo and dried plum vegetables, black sesame sauce with pepper eggplant, kelp wrapped northeast tofu with sand onion sauce, and the cold Beijing-style snacks.
