Since the ticket booking time is open for visits in rounds, it is recommended to book in advance, divided into morning-noon-evening. Each round is set at ~3 hours. If you come late, you will have less time to walk around. 🥞 Opening-closing hours: 09:00-17:00 🎂 There are many Chinese costume rental shops around the palace. You can book or not. They have hair and makeup services, but our family chose the cheapest package: dress-hair-hairpin-complete set of equipment (no makeup only). Note: The shop staff cannot speak English at all.
