Checked in at Baipu Temple

Baipu Temple is an ancient Liao Dynasty temple with a history of over 900 years. It is named for its location against two waterfalls, and the temple guardian at the mountain gate is the Mountain God Temple, which served to protect living beings and forests in ancient times. Next to the Mountain God Temple is a reclining Buddha, and passing by the reclining Buddha are the Chariot God Hall and the statue of Horse-Headed Guanyin. Horse-Headed Guanyin, also known as Horse-Headed Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, always appears with an angry expression and a fierce face. With three eyes and four arms, holding various weapons, it is believed to subdue demons and ghosts, possessing divine power to ward off evil and avoid disasters, protecting those related to vehicles from misfortune, and is regarded as a guardian deity for warding off evil and ensuring safety.
