Murugan is believed to be the son of Lord Shiva and Goddess Uma. The beautifully painted staircase, visible from afar, is believed to be the highest point, the closest point to heaven, according to Hindu belief. The Batu Caves area also features Indian restaurants, and visitors can witness traditional Indian lifestyles. We can experience Indian culture, beliefs, and traditions.
