Lengkuas Fish Soup

#2023travelwish Lengkuas Fish Soup is located at Jalan Bunga Raya Komplek Baloi Kusuma Blok A No.6, just opposite Batam City Square Mall, beside the Eatern Hotel. Lengkuas is one of the stalls in the Eatern Food Court, walking distance to nearby hotels, like Aston Gideon, I Hotel Baloi, and is around 5.6 kilometers 13 minutes drive from Harbourbay Ferry Terminal. Lengkuas Fish Soup is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 0800 to midnoon. The display of fresh fish and prawns, that can be cooked in soup, asam pedas and deep fried. I had ordered the fish head cooked in a claypot, deep fried prawns and fishes. The fish head chopped into pieces and cooked with fish stock and yam. The seafood was very fresh and tasty, the fish meat was soft tender and juicy. The soup was thick and sweet, with yam inside. Next year i wish to travel to Iceland.
