When I arrive at the secret realm of Western Sichuan during the rainy season's window period… I am rewarded with precious sunny days. Recently, the rainfall in Western Sichuan has been abundant. We were very lucky to catch a very short window period and enjoyed the beauty of this secret realm of Western Sichuan before the heavy rain arrived. ⛰️ Niuganmapei Sea Its name is strange, yet surprisingly beautiful! Although the road to get there is really rough, the whole way felt like riding a bouncing car, making my head feel shaken evenly, but when standing in front of this lake, I couldn't help but marvel at how wonderful nature is. Niuganmapei Sea under the blue sky and white clouds is truly beautiful cry. ⛰️ Lover’s Sea Very close to Niuganmapei Sea, some say it is the little Switzerland of Western Sichuan, others say it is the little Altay. I think it has a kind of otherworldly beauty, hidden in the valley, with few tourists, quiet and leisurely. The road to Lover’s Sea is easy to drive, with just a short walk at the end. You can also meet local people having picnics by the lake. ⛰️ Changle Temple A niche temple located on the mountains around Maerkang, currently casting a golden Buddha statue. It is believed that when completed, it will become a new local landmark. Next to the temple is a vast alpine meadow where you can picnic while enjoying the snow-capped mountains and surrounded by countless small yellow flowers.
