The signature dish, "Five-Color Hot Spring Egg," is slow-cooked using the constant temperature of the hot spring water, and is a must-try when paired with homemade pickled cowpeas. "Li Family Three-Color Rice" is naturally dyed with wild turmeric and red-and-blue grass, and is an authentic intangible cultural heritage delicacy. In addition to the standard infinity pool and SPA center, what truly sets Shuyan Courtyard apart is its rich ecological experience programs. Guests can follow a guide on a "Rainforest Adventure" to learn about the Antiaris toxicaria, and the codariocalyx motorius that dances; or participate in "Tea Garden Yoga" in the morning to stretch their body and mind in an organic tea garden at an altitude of 800m.
