Carita Beach is a tourist attraction located in Pandeglang Regency and has been established based on the Decree of the Minister of Agriculture No.440/kpts/UM/1978 on July 15, 1978 as a Nature Tourism Park. This beach is famous for its white sand beaches, making this area often visited by local and foreign tourists. Carita Beach is rich in natural resources. The very gentle expanse of the shore with small and gentle sea waves sweeping along the coast, combined with views of Mount Krakatau. The distance from Jakarta to Carita Beach is about 130 km via the Jakarta-Merak toll road and exits at the East Cilegon toll gate. The facilities at Carita Beach are quite complete, namely Banana boat, snorkeling, surfboards, diving, and other facilities.
