The one I’m sharing is called The Coach Boutique Hotel Sukhumvit 14 Bangkok by Compass Hospitality, which is 3 minutes’ walk from BTS Asok Exit 4. It is a small boutique hotel with a train carriage theme. It has a retro style and a small facade, but the decoration is quite exquisite. When you enter the lift, you can hear the ding-ding sound of a train starting. There are some retro lighting in the corridors on the floors, which carry through the theme of the hotel. The room type I stayed in was General Coach, which is the most basic. The room was not very big, but there was enough space for my small luggage, but it might be a bit crowded if I brought a large suitcase. The bed was big and comfortable, and there were USB ports and sockets on both sides of the bed. The toilet and bathroom are very nice, with enough space to put skin care products, the wash basin, faucet, shower, etc. are all bronze, which is quite special, but the water pressure is a bit problematic, the hot water is hot enough, but it will suddenly freeze and then heat up again~ On the contrary, the most unsatisfactory thing is the TV. Although it is connected to the box and there is Netflix, etc. to watch, it is not easy to control. Although the Wi-Fi in the room is good, it takes some time to switch channels or reload the TV... The rooftop of the hotel is the swimming pool and gym. Of course, they are small and boutique-style, but at least they are there. The dungeon is a very nice bar, which I will introduce later. The hotel staff is very nice, check in/out is very fast. It rained heavily and there was thunder and lightning when we checked in on the first night. You can ask the staff to borrow a sunshade. The way in and out is a bit dark. If you are the only girl staying, be careful.
