Novotel’s International & Thai buffet is located on the 7th floor, at Food Exchange restaurant. It is an open kitchen restaurant where quests can see how the chef cooks. When you enter the restaurant, there are different seating options for to select such as a terrace area for city view or private room for group. The restaurant’s menu features Western and Asian dishes. The food line here is divided into 3 main stations and has a counter for hot drink such as tea and coffee. The middle section serve sashimi,seafood, salad and bread. Each menu is so yummy and I specially recommend seafood because it is very fresh. #meetbangkok
