Penthouse Bar + Grill at Park Hyatt is located on the 34th floor of the Park Hyatt hotel. It might be a bit confusing at first because you have to take several elevators, but staff members are quick to guide you, providing excellent service from the moment you step in. The seating is divided into sections with partitions for a sense of privacy, offering a clear view of Bangkok's night skyline. For a romantic date with your partner, I would rate it 10/10. Our table was attended by Mr. Dolphin, who started by serving bread and salted butter. We ordered two dishes: - Little Joe NY strip 300 g for 2300 THB - Penthouse beef tartare for 750 THB, which is the restaurant's signature dish. The beef tartare was served first, prepared fresh right in front of us on a cart. Mr. Dolphin mentioned that it was rump meat. My partner loved it and considered it one of the top beef tartares in Thailand. I liked how the meat was finely diced into cubes, with a strong beef aroma complemented by herbs that masked any unwanted smells and enhanced the flavor. The Little Joe NY strip was a medium-rare striploin steak. We ordered two sauces: cafe de Paris butter and chimichurri. Both were delicious. The chimichurri was very refreshing, balancing out the richness of the cafe de Paris butter. The cafe de Paris butter had a fragrant herbal aroma, making this steak dish stand out from others. I highly recommend trying these two sauces.
