Enjoying a Pleasant Weekend in the City

Living in an industrial village can sometimes feel monotonous and oppressive, making it seem like you're merely surviving rather than truly living. Occasionally, I think about visiting the city, reminding myself of what it means to live fully—weekend workouts, delicious food, buying flowers, coffee, family and friends gatherings, organizing, cleaning, and household chores. The new landmark in Bangkok, ONE BANGKOK, is a very avant-garde mall. It's quite comfortable and nice overall, though many stores are yet to open, which is something to look forward to. It's important to have the ability to make oneself happy. I recall a phrase that once motivated me to move forward: 'Imagine yourself as a sugar cube. When placed in coffee, the coffee isn't bitter; when placed in tea, the tea isn't astringent.
