Both the beauty that can be seen from every angle, every part is beautiful, the size is almost the largest Christian church in Thailand, and the history is great as a cathedral of the Roman Catholic Diocese that has received 2 Popes. ⛪️ Here, "Assumption Cathedral" or to be more precise, "Assumption Cathedral" because it is a Cathedral, not a Church. The architectural style of the church today has been influenced by the Renaissance era. The most obvious is the 'towers' that stand out on both sides of the entrance arch. 🍁 Inside, the high, curved ceiling is decorated with golden star beetles. The side walls are surrounded by murals. Above the windows are more than 40 stained glass windows imported from France, depicting stories from the Bible. The seats, floors, and various platforms are made of high-grade marble imported from France.
