Pay homage to Luang Pho Phra Ruang Thongkham at Wat Mahannapharam

🙏 Wat Mahannapharam Worawihan, a third-class royal temple, was built in 1850 by Prince Udomrattanarangsri (Prince Anon), a son of King Rama III. 🛕 King Rama V named it Wat Mahannapharam and built a large stupa, the biggest in the temple. Important structures within the temple include: 🏰 The ordination hall houses Luang Pho Bunrit, the principal Buddha image, a plaster Buddha statue covered in gold leaf from the Ayutthaya period. 🏰 The vihara, which is the same size and style as the ordination hall, houses Luang Pho Phra Ruang Thongkham from the Sukhothai period. The Buddha's face is serene, and every part of the statue is flawless.
