A famous Cantonese restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel, with 1 Michelin star, managed by Chef Tommy Cheung. Today, I came for dinner (but if you want to eat dim sum, you have to come for lunch). The staff took great care of me, from the moment I walked in until I left. The interior of the restaurant is beautifully decorated, the atmosphere is great, and they also have private rooms. I once ate it at a hotel wedding and loved it. When I come to this restaurant this time, I have to order it. The fried rice is dry and loose, with shrimp and ham. The taste is a bit mild, but the taste is really good. 🍲 Matsutake Sea Whelk Soup (780.-) is a conch soup with matsutake mushrooms, which are very rare mushrooms. They are available only once a year. The texture is chewy and delicious.
