A Night To Remember @ Alter Ego

#valentinescape Loved the decor and ambience. Music was nice and chilled - 90's-style. We had valentines set menu of six courses with tea or coffee. “Surf & Turf Trio”, a main course with sous-vide Australian MSA beef, over-baked Japanese osyter, pan-seared fresh seabass & grilled vegetables. It was great and yummy. The lemon lime sorbet with apple caviar is one of the highlights, it’s so refreshing. We enjoyed much much. Lovely food, beautifully presented.
