#Travel for the World We had the opportunity to practice mindfulness at the Buddha Sawika Foundation in Sriracha, Chonburi Province, with the intention of relaxing and recharging our lives. This place is far from the community, surrounded by nature and tranquility, making us feel like we have truly escaped the chaos of the outside world. The main activities we did were chanting, meditating, and walking meditation. During the day, there were also times for us to practice mindfulness as we pleased, which gave us the opportunity to truly be with ourselves. We were very impressed by the atmosphere here, especially the shady area and large garden that are perfect for walking meditation and relaxation. The tranquility that permeates every corner of the place made us experience the stillness within our hearts and feel more aware of ourselves.
