Munich to Augsburg Christmas Market

#snowscape The morning after it snowed, I took a 40-minute ICE ride from Munich Central Station to Augsburg. The name Augsburg comes from the fact that the Roman Emperor Augustus established a garrison there, and it is said to be the second oldest city after Trier. In addition to the square where the Christmas market is held, there are many Christmas trees set up throughout the city, decorated with white, sparkling snow.
