Dinner on the covered terrace (Veranda) was a highlight of our trip. Dining amidst the romantic nighttime views of the garden and the lights of Asolo was truly a special experience. The food, made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, meticulously recreates traditional Veneto cuisine. The signature dish, pasta with Treviso radicchio, paired with local wines was a delightful combination. Thanks to the sommelier's expert recommendations, we discovered some of the Veneto's hidden gems. Breakfast, a bountiful selection of freshly baked bread, fresh fruit, and local cheeses, provided a hearty start to the day. The friendly, attentive service from the staff, along with the meal, further enhanced the restaurant's reputation.
