The owner is quite a unique character—he surprised us with his chonmage hairstyle but turned out to be a very kind person! Since the restaurant is run single-handedly, cleaning up is self-service. It's a very popular spot, with a steady stream of customers coming in! If you're planning to visit, it's recommended to go right at opening time.
