When we talk about France, its always Paris. Yet, many historically-charming places are almost forgotten and here is one of those - Arc Et Senans. Attached to La Saline d’Arc et Senans, which is transformed to a sustainable farming and biodiversity from an important salt production site hundreds of years ago, is saw the world with a different perspective. A refreshing morning by horse riding is like turn back time.
