In the sixth year of Jianyuan of the Western Han Dynasty (135 BC), Tang Meng was sent to Yelang. 24 years later, Qielan was pacified and Zangke County was established. During the Yuan Dynasty, it was designated as Anshun Prefecture. During the Chenghua period of the Ming Dynasty, the prefecture was moved to today's Anshun City, and the ancient town was thus named Jiuzhou. The ancient town has four main streets: east, west, south, and north. Entering the North Street of the ancient town from the 'Anshun Prefecture' archway, there are various shops on both sides of the street, completely resembling a modern town. To the left of the North Street, adjacent to the South Street and West Street (which can be entered from the Wanli Fenghou archway), there are many old buildings with a strong ancient charm. Streams flow down from above and pass in front of every household. Walking on the bluestone road and listening to the gurgling stream, you can instantly dream back to Anshun City. To the right of North Street is East Street, where many original residents still live, and the Jiuzhou Grain Reserve is also on this street. Yunfeng Tunbao Yunshan Tun is located in a narrow valley halfway up the Yunjiu Mountain, with a dangerous terrain. Climbing up the steep road, after the ticket inspection, you can see a sturdy stone gate. The tall stone walls on both sides of the gate extend up along the knife-back-like mountains, enclosing the entire village tightly with the mountains. A ancient road runs through the entire village from the gate. From the gate to the end of the village, there are buildings of different styles from the Ming Dynasty, Qing Dynasty, and the Republic of China on both sides of the street.
