Went right after the Shanghai lockdown lifted and stayed for 7 nights. Me and my wife had to work some and it was the perfect place to work while the kids were occupied all day in a beautiful environment! So much to do in the resort and also outside of it, and the staff were just AMAZING. The GM, George Edward was amazing and made sure we felt like VIPs. The GOs were amazing including Rafa, the kids Club GOs like Jupe, Liam, King, the bartenders, Melody, and the dining manager (Ivy?). We truly felt like family. Would recommend for any family getaway!
