Our stay in Ålesund was 10 hours. Since we had plenty of time, we had a leisurely breakfast, took photos of the empty ship, and then walked around the city👟 The wind was so strong at the observation deck after climbing 418 steps that I thought we would be blown away, but it was great to get a panoramic view of the Art Nouveau cityscape👏🏻 The restaurant at the top also has a great view, so even just going for tea makes you feel elegant.
