Rishiri Island Sky Mirror Photo Spot A local person who is a camera enthusiast told me about a spot on Rishiri Island where you can take photos of the Sky Mirror. The location is the sea behind Seico Mart in Kutsugata. You can get off at the gas station next to Seico Mart to the sea side. It's such an ordinary sea that it's not even listed as a tourist spot, and you only see locals occasionally. Fishing boats and ferries don't pass by often, there are few rocks and no tetrapods. The sea is relatively calm, and seals don't visit. You can't see Rebun or Wakkanai in any direction, so it was the best photo spot for me, who wants to capture the contrast between the sea and the sky! It seems to be quite rare even for locals, but when the best conditions are met, you can take a sky mirror like Lake Uyuni.
