I used the accommodation subsidy from Aichi Prefecture to go to a small inn where you can enjoy hot springs and cuisine on the Atsumi Peninsula. The room is an old Japanese-style room, but the dinner with lots of fresh seafood is amazing. Of course, there is also a natural hot spring. The food is quite filling, as you can see in the picture. The sashimi includes locally caught grouper and blackthroat seaperch. Using the subsidy, it was effectively 3,000 yen with two meals. Aichi Prefecture Irago Cape Koijigahama It's a little far from Nagoya, but it's a great place for a drive. #EnjoyJapan #trip In the slightly chilly season when the cherry blossoms are in bloom, I took a solo trip across the Atsumi Peninsula, Chita Peninsula, and Ise Bay from Nagoya down towards Irako, then took a boat from Irako to Toba, then Toba to Ise, then Ise to Kuwana, and finally reached my goal in Nagoya. I spent about two weeks enjoying the seasons, enjoying the nature, enjoying the cherry blossoms, and sometimes my feet hurt from walking too much... But the sense of accomplishment when I reached the goal brought me to tears. I highly recommend it. Please give it a try!
