Recently, I realized that Korean cuisine lacks vegetables. After a few days, I felt like I was running low on vitamins! To make up for the lack of vegetable intake, I decided to have some Mala Tang on this rainy day. This Mala Tang is really delicious. The broth is rich and has a fragrant, numbing spiciness that warms your stomach with the first sip. The best part is that you can add as many vegetables as you like. Spinach, enoki mushrooms, and baby bok choy—pile them all in and enjoy a satisfying meal! Occasionally having a bowl of hot Mala Tang not only satisfies your taste buds but also replenishes your vegetable intake in one go. A cafe with delicious churros opened in Yeonnam-dong, so I went there!
