Hoi An Ancient Town (a historical landmark located in Hoi An, Vietnam) is a must-see for visitors to Da Nang. Its diverse scenery changes from day to night. A UNESCO World Heritage site, its cultural traditions remain remarkably well-preserved. The streets are charmingly quaint. Be sure to find a perfect spot on the bridge for photos, with boats sailing by in the background. ❗ There are tons of vendors selling bamboo bags (the variety is so extensive, so take your time and enjoy shopping, and remember to bargain with the vendors! ❗), a wide variety of small toys, small electric fans (it was incredibly hot 🔥☀️), and even grilled frogs and skewers. The local weather is so hot, you can see fried ice everywhere you go. It was unbearable 🤣🤣, so I ordered two cups of grass ice to cool off without hesitation. ☺️ The architecture here blends Chinese, Japanese, and European styles, making it truly stunning to photograph everywhere. It's a shame we didn't stay until night. Hoi An is said to be filled with colorful lanterns at night, lighting up the alleys and streets, creating a truly romantic atmosphere. ❗ Walking along the streets, you'll also see colorful lanterns everywhere, making for great photos and a truly iconic and unique experience. By the way, there are many internet-famous cafes hidden away in the alleys. After a long stroll through the streets, I needed to use the restroom 😂 so I found a nice one and quickly made a quick stop for a refreshing drink. 🥤🧊 The decor is lovely, and I definitely made the right choice!❗ 🏖️Atmosphere/Facilities: The place has a quaint atmosphere, and with so many vendors you might get lost. It's a great place to browse. When you're in Hoi An, be sure to buy a unique bamboo bag as a souvenir and treat yourself. The scenery was beautiful. It was 10 a.m., and we hadn't even had lunch yet. We started our fun ride on the Canaan bamboo barrel boat. ☺️😆 I had to post a photo with the lovely boatman. His smile was so bright and friendly. 🥰 Our trip left us with wonderful memories that are still vivid in my mind. 🎉👍👍 The Canaan bamboo barrel boat was so much fun. 😂😂😂 The cute and funny boatman kept rowing for us, even after receiving a US dollar tip. Most tourists probably only tip in Vietnamese Dong. The boatman was so happy when he received it, he even waved to the other boatmen, saying, "I got some US dollars!" 😁🤣🤣 It was like riding a spinning coffee cup, and I rowed the boat hard (?!) Besides that, there's crab fishing, which isn't easy 🤣🤣 You don't get that many opportunities, so I really admire those who succeed 👍👍👍👍 It was so much fun riding this adorable bamboo barrel boat~~ It was so much fun ✨️✨️ and I felt like I was part of local life. We visited the Guangdong and Fujian Guild Halls. Walking along the cobblestone streets, the town is filled with ancient charm and a vibrant culture. A photo with the monumental landmark standing in the middle of the bridge is a must! ❤️💕 Every time I travel, I always buy a fridge magnet as a souvenir.👍 I was surprised to see so many vendors selling fried ice cream everywhere. Hours: 4:00 PM - 9:30 PM 200,000 VND for 15 people Boarding time: approximately 15 minutes (500m round trip on the Thu Bon River) Life jackets are required, and be careful when boarding and disembarking! People take lots of pictures of the wishing lanterns floating on the boats, and they're beautiful to look at. I recommend walking along the river or admiring them instead of riding the wishing boats! And don't forget: 👉 Lantern Shop Photo Zone Pay 10,000 VND per person for photos. The "photo business" seems to be more active than the actual lantern sales, lol. From Ho Chi Minh City, it's just over an hour by plane to Da Nang⏰. From there, you can take a Grab taxi for about 1,500 yen, and in about 45 minutes, you'll arrive in Hoi An! Hoi An is filled with numerous souvenir shops and cafes☕️. In the souvenir shops, you'll find plenty of items that make great gifts, such as Ao Dai, T-shirts, dresses, and lanterns🌟. Many cafes offer a choice of seating, whether it's in air-conditioned indoor spaces or riverside views🏬. At any cafe, you can enjoy delicious coffee or smoothies for about 300 yen per cup🍹. The pre-booked lantern floating experience was very smooth and included a welcome drink for about 650 yen.
