As Hong Kong residents, we cannot book tickets online, but we still went to Huangguoshu Waterfall in early August. We went directly to the special person ticket office at the ticketing center to buy same-day tickets with our ID cards. We could enter the site before 2:30 pm with our tickets and facial recognition.
