I'll introduce you to "Dolomiti", which was the top 1 among Italian travel destinations. It was the best Italian travel destination I've ever been to, and it's a travel destination I definitely want to visit again later. ⛰️ There are still quite a few people who are not familiar with the Italian Dolomites, but these days, it seems to be becoming well-known through word of mouth. To be exact, the places I went to were Ortisei, Santa Cristina, and Seceda. The Dolomites are bigger than you think, and there are many travel destinations inside. So, some people even go on a month-long Dolomiti tour. Lunch on the terrace while looking at the scenery in Ortisei, Seceda, a rock mountain created by beautiful nature, Santa Cristina, where you can see beautiful scenery no matter where you turn your head. All three of these places were great. Since the three routes are close together, it would be good to visit them all in one course. After traveling thousands of miles to climb Plan de Corones, which is located at an altitude of 2275 meters, I specially went to visit MMM Corones, a museum on the peak of the Alps 😍😍. Standing on the balcony of the museum you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Alps 👍🏼 The museum is designed for mountaineering enthusiasts. The exhibits include art paintings of some mountains, mountaineering equipment, mountaineering books and notes, etc. 💗The museum was designed by the world-renowned architect Zaha Hadid ~ It looks like a screen, showing the beautiful scenery of the snow-capped mountains. There is a saying that Bolzano is a very strange city. It is close to Austria and has many ski resorts. Most of the locals speak German and the restaurant menu also has German. It seems to the Italians that there is a German sentiment; in the eyes of the Germans, it is a good place to spend a holiday in Italy. However, for our rushed tourists, the feeling is not strong, only that the architectural style of the building is indeed full of the style of the Austrian town. The town is also in the ZTL area, so I found an underground car park to park the car and walk to Watt Square. Bolzano Cathedral is right next to the Walter Square, a Romanesque church that was built in the 12th century and is considered one of the most outstanding Gothic buildings. Hotel Greif is a charming 4-star hotel with an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. However, do note that the road leading to the hotel is a stone-paved street, which makes pulling luggage a bit challenging. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised when the reception allowed us to check in early at around 12 PM. However, we decided to leave our luggage and head out to explore the city first. The room was very spacious and beautifully designed with artistic elements. After reading the hotel’s introduction, I discovered that each room was uniquely designed by a different artist, which made our stay feel even more special. The bathtub was a great addition, adding extra comfort to our stay. Breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. A kind and attentive staff member also served hot food on demand, which enhanced the dining experience. One downside was the shared sauna, which was open to all genders and not private, so we decided not to use it. Additionally, there was only one USB port in the room, which made charging our devices a bit inconvenient, especially since we accidentally left our universal adapter at our previous hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have any chargers available to borrow. Overall, our stay at Hotel Greif was very enjoyable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the excellent location, spacious rooms, and great service made it a memorable experience. Wonderful to see flowers in the winter. The winter in this area is rather cold, the normal greeny color is often wiped out early November leaving the entire area in the dark gray and even the white snow for weeks. It was a nice sunny Sunday that we decided to hit the trail in the nearby mountain. At the end of the journey, we were excited to see some colorful flowers, though planted by someone. Since I went when the weather was good, I was able to see all the peaks well, and when I came down to Collier, I felt really good. You should definitely go there.
