Due to its unique geographical location, arable land is scarce, so the residents of Aina cultivate various crops on terraces dug into the mountainside. Its historical and artistic heritage includes the hermitage of Nuestra Señora de los Remedios, whose main attraction is the coffered ceiling above the nave, in traditional Mudéjar style; and the Islamic-style Alcazar of Yedra, located on the outskirts of the village.
On the way out of the village, the Mirador del Diablo viewpoint is a must-see for its spectacular panoramic views. Also of interest is the El Niño Caves, which contain Paleolithic cave paintings.
