Excellent Museum in Dayi County 🇨🇳

#timetotravel This is Jianchuan Museum located in a small town of Anren in Dayi County, Chengdu. It takes 1 hour and half to get here so I suggest that you come here during weekend so you can also explore this little town which is really nice and chill. So this Jinchuan museum show different exhibits from different important events that happened in China form WWII, Sichuan's earthquake, heroes hall/monuments and the history of the lotus feet (foot binding tradition in ancient China). It was a very interesting and fascinating visit to this museum which took us almost 2 hours to explore. It is also interesting to know that is owned privately by a man call Mr. Jianchuan Fan, he started collecting artifacts when he was younger due to his obsession in Chinese history. He has collected apparently over 8 million artifacts which are some of them are what we see in this museum. I highly recommend it! Address: Anren Town, Dayi County. Relaxing escapade outside Chengdu 🇨🇳

Very aesthetic hotel outside of Chengdu. This hotel is located just an hour away from Chengdu . It is called Hiti Alruo Resort in Dayi and it is near Ancient Anren Town. I highly recommend a weekend trip just to breathe and relax, this place is fancy and you can book a room with a soaking tub.The facilities are top class, everything is just oitstanding in my opinion. Our friends just treated me and my husband for a weekend getaway and we were surprised how beautiful the surrounding area is. The hotel offers a free flow beer from 16:00-17:00 so we had a good late afternoon drinks just right before dinner. We opted to go eat out for dinner as we wanted to try the local food. The breakfast is also good. You can easily book this hotel here on trip.com.. It isn't cheap though but if you really wanna treat yourself for a good and relaxing place to stay in while in Dayi then this hotel is the best one for you.. We really enjoyed our stay here. 《Ss.u Hotel: Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu, Anren Experience》 1. Check-in Check-in was a little slow, and it was a little uncomfortable to have to stand in line in the heat. Fortunately, the front desk staff were very nice, which made up for it. It was a little disappointing to be told that the Four Points craft beer was not available.
