Had a great trip with GWR taking us to our location for a hen do, the train arrived on time, we all got good seats and there was no delays on the railways. Very quick and efficient train, very clean, polite staff and got offered refreshments as we left Kemble station which was very nice and I was gasping for a cuppa tea! Will be using GWR trains again in the future very good service

My first stop was Arlington Row in Bibury, just as the evening light was softening over the cottages. The honey-coloured stone glowed warmly, and with the River Coln trickling nearby, the whole scene felt almost frozen in time. It was quiet, peaceful, and I could easily see why it’s one of the most photographed spots in England. Later, I made my way to St. Edward’s Church in Stow-on-the-Wold, drawn by its famous doorway framed by ancient yew trees. In the fading daylight, the trees looked almost like guardians wrapped around the arched door. Inside, the church carried centuries of history, but it was that doorway that truly captured my imagination. Just a short walk away, the Market Cross stood at the heart of Stow. Now, it’s lined with welcoming tea rooms and shops that give the town a gentle charm. The Cotswold district as a whole left me with the feeling of stepping into another era. Rolling hills, golden-stone villages, and a slower pace of life. Visiting in the evening made it all feel even more magical, like a place that doesn’t quite belong to the modern world.

🎉 Cotswolds is a classic English countryside 🚗 You can drive to Cotswolds, which allows you to freely travel between the beautiful villages, or you can find a pin online and go for a day. 🕘 Departure time: 9:00 am, usually 10 hours is enough! 🏡 Village route: - Bibury: This place is like a medieval painting. 🖼️ Arlington Row is a must-see, the most famous attraction in Bibury. The ancient buildings are scattered, and the glorious history of the wool textile industry has left a deep mark here. Walking in the village, you can almost see the prosperity of the past! 🌺- Bourton-on-the-Water: Walk slowly from the parking lot along the river to the town center, and the scenery is picturesque along the way. The river is crystal clear, and in summer you can see little ducks, children, and puppies playing in the river, which is so cute. 😄 The houses around the river are 400-500 years old, and each yard is clean and tidy, with beautifully manicured gardens, like a fairy tale town. You can find a riverside cafe here, sit down for a cup of coffee, enjoy the beautiful scenery, and enjoy a leisurely time. ☕️ 👌- Broadway: Broadway Tower is the tallest building in the area, and standing on top of the tower, you can enjoy the endless beauty. I recently dined at La Passione in Cirencester and had a delightful experience. I started with the Calamari Fritti, which was perfectly crispy and tender, followed by the Linguine Mare, brimming with fresh seafood and a flavorful sauce. The meal was paired with a refreshing lemonade that balanced the richness of the dishes. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff were attentive and friendly. #Must-visit spots in the UK Coming to the slide, which was shaped like a koala, he slid down laughing. Then we came to an area with lush vegetation, which resembled a koala habitat. Walking along the pastoral path, he was very excited to see life-size statues of koalas on the roadside. The entire playground was decorated with a koala theme, creating a romantic and childlike world, and he had a lot of fun. Such a vivid theme park will surely attract more children to come and use their imagination.

#Must-visit spots in the UK Bourton-on-the-Water is a small village in the Cotswolds in southwest England, with the Windrush River running through it. There are five stone arch bridges on the river, built between 1654 and 1953, so it is called the "British version of Venice" 📸💕. It was hot when we went there. Children were playing in the clear river 📸😘, and some people were walking their dogs in the water to cool down 📸💞. The buildings here are antique. There are many tourists here, and although it lacks the tranquility of a village, its uniqueness is something you cannot miss. #BritishTravel

May in England, hotter than now (🤔) I rented a car and went on a trip to the Cotswolds! The Cotswolds are not just one village, but several villages near Oxford that are collectively called the Cotswolds :) It's easier to understand if you think about it by region! 🩵The first village was Bourton-on-the-water There is a green lawn along the artificial stream, so it's perfect for a picnic while sunbathing🤍 🩵The second was Moreton-in-Marsh I got a menu recommendation from a place where locals were lining up long, and ordered fish and chips, beef pie, and sausages! The customers waiting for their turn kindly explained everything to me, and when I left the store for takeaway, they held it up to my nose so I could smell it ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ🤣 🩵The last one was Bibury! The houses in the photo - the houses with the terraced houses All of that road and the houses are part of the National Trust Since they are actually houses where residents live It's good to look around while being polite! If you are into countryside living or enjoy a quiet escape, you must have heard of the Cotswolds - a chain of super picturesque villages - in England. The Cotswolds is one of the most 'quintessentially English' and unspoiled regions of England where you cannot help but fall in love with the uniqueness of it. I stayed there for a long weekend, stayed in a hotel near Cheltenham and visited Bourton on the Water and the Trout Farm Bibury in Cirencester. I have to note that I discovered the area by car as travelling to the Cotswolds and exploring by train can be complicated though not impossible! In my opinion, the best towns + villages to see in the Cotswolds include - Bourton-on-the-Water, Cirencester, Arlington Row, Stow-on-the-Wold and Whichford. Make sure to also stop by one of the many farms around and get some organic goodies... #myvlogtrip #tripblazers
