Excellent hotel,beautiful setting with view of mountain, river and rice paddy. All the staff are extremely polite and friendly and very helpful always with big smile. Breakfast is huge, choices of western, Arabic and Indonesian food, excellent quality. The reception, check in was smooth ,all the reception staff was very helpful. Visiting the Cibodas Botanical Gardens, a greenhouse within the botanical garden or conservatory, features a collection of cacti and a few orchids. The surrounding views also include mountains. The temperature was quite cool after 3 p.m.

Favorite hotel, I've stayed here 4 times and never get bored

The resort is located in a beautiful area. Very lush with lots of greenery and tea fields nearby. Some very nice dining options available as well, both on site and in the area. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend everyone to go here. It’s a real hidden gem located so close to Jakarta. Perfect for escaping the busy city life and unwind in some nature

The service and location are always excellent, and the rooms are clean, but the hotel is classic. There's also a swimming pool and a gym. THE VIEW IS THE BEST.

Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near Central Train Station. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in le eminance #puncak

One of the things I liked the most was the view from the balcony that directly leads to the paddy garden, really refreshing for the eyes. The room was also very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making me feel at home throughout my stay. However, for the breakfast, I felt that the taste was a bit lacking and felt very ordinary. Maybe it could be improved to give a better impression. Still, my overall experience was pleasant and I would consider staying here again.
