Excellent hotel,beautiful setting with view of mountain, river and rice paddy. All the staff are extremely polite and friendly and very helpful always with big smile. Breakfast is huge, choices of western, Arabic and Indonesian food, excellent quality. The reception, check in was smooth ,all the reception staff was very helpful. The room is huge,clean, 4 water bottles in the room daily plus extra snacks delivered daily. Balcony with view of the mountain, river and rice paddy. One of the things I liked the most was the view from the balcony that directly leads to the paddy garden, really refreshing for the eyes. The room was also very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making me feel at home throughout my stay. However, for the breakfast, I felt that the taste was a bit lacking and felt very ordinary. Maybe it could be improved to give a better impression. Still, my overall experience was pleasant and I would consider staying here again. On the one hand, the rooms are medium in size, but adequate for the purpose and comfortable.. The cleaning service is very good.. The buffet is excellent and varied.. The reception service was available 24 hours and the staff were kind. They are cooperative and respond to all inquiries.. Pertama kali share tentang liburan💫💫 Hotelnya bersih, suasana lobby juga nyaman. Tempat parkir tidak terlalu luas, tapi satpamnya sigap untuk atur semua kendaraan. Untuk kamar dipesan yang menghadap ke kolam renang, ukurannya lebih besar dari kamar dilantai lain. Kalau mau berenang pilih waktunya pagi atau sore, karena airnya dingin banget. Rasa makanannya standard sih, tidak terlalu banyak variasinya. Salah satu coffee shop dengan ambience ternyaman di Cipanas/Puncak, dengan udara sejuk khas dataran tinggi Parahiyangan bagian barat. Mencoba untuk pertama kalinya datang ke sini untuk berbuka puasa bersama beberapa teman, saya memesan Tokyo Curry Rice yang ternyata porsinya besar, rasa dari kari-nya otentik tidak berlebihan menggunakan MSG, Chicken Katsunya juga digoreng dengan sempurna garing di#skiadventure luar dan lembut dagingnya. Lalu untuk minumannya karena ada paket di bulan puasa, mereka memberi free Es Teh Manis Original/Lemon, saya memilih Es Teh Ori yang rasanya seperti pada umumnya, oh iya tidak lupa juga kami diberi takjil berupa pisang bakar keju coklat gratis yang termasuk dari paket bulan puasa, saya mencicipinya sedikit dan rasanya cukup enak dan porsinya juga cukup untuk 4 orang sebagai takjil.
