No cars around makes it extra peaceful and perfect for just walking with no rush. We strolled through the village, grabbed some snacks, and kept looking up at the Matterhorn because it’s seriously epic. Even without doing any hardcore hiking, there are plenty of trails and paths for easy walks with amazing views. The air feels fresh and everything is super clean. There are little shops and cafes all over, and everyone seems relaxed and happy to be there. It’s got that perfect mix of nature and comfort. You can take a train or cable car up if you want even better views but honestly just walking through the town itself is already a highlight. The gorge is normally only open during the summer period (around May - October) because of weather conditions, so make sure you plan your trip well if you want to visit this unforgettable landscape! #nationalparks

This historic hotel is a five-star resort with spa facilities. Due to its high location, the lake view is very beautiful. In terms of the experience of staying here, the main focus is the view and service, but the facilities are indeed relatively old, and the hardware of the room and spa really do not make it look like a five-star place. What’s amazing this time is actually their dinner large menu, which includes foie gras, pigeon, tender beef, etc. Every ingredient is selected and paired with great care. The waiter can also recommend a wine to pair with each dish. The restaurant’s wine cellar was also impressive and allowed us to plant several varieties of wine. Although it's just a side dish, I have to mention that their bread and butter are really delicious.
